Join Jane Flynn and Donna Balser for this presentation on Empowering Teens to Become Their Best Selves. The first half of the presentation will address the issue for many teenagers and parents who are stressed because of the demand of school work and extracurricular activities. Being organized, having good study skills and time management skills will help students be more successful. They will give some tips and strategies on how to make that happen.
The second half of the presentation will focus on helping parents understand the issues teens face today, improve their relationship with their child and respond effectively to family challenges.

Jane holds her Masters of Counseling from St. Edwards University.She is a licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependent Counselor-Intern in the state of Texas. She currently works at Cedar Springs Austin Eating Disorder Treatment Center as a part-time therapist. She also has a private practice in Westlake Hills specializing in parent coaching and the therapy for adolescents and families. Donna worked in corporate America for 12 years.
