- Both of our libraries are open seven days a week. Check out our hours and directions.
- 99,000 items in the collection including 15,000 DVDs and audiobooks
- 200 magazine subscriptions, most with back issues you can check out
- 30 public computer terminals to get you right on the internet
| - Two large meeting rooms: The Scott Thornton Commons at Laura's Library and The Friends Gathering Room at the Westbank Library
- Dozens of programs a month- at both libraries and for adults as well as kids and teens
- Premium online resources you can access from home, including Value Line, the New York Times historical papers, Novelist, CQ Researcher, Biography Resource Center, Reference USA, Genealogy Bank, Rand Statistics for Texas and the nation, and the Hobbies and Crafts Reference Center- plus the chocolate box of resources called the TexShare databases
- A lovely quiet reading room in each library
