The Zoo Show presented by the Capital of Texas Zoo demonstrates live exotic reptiles, mammals and birds and emphasizes a message of respect for the living world. This educational presentation is delivered in a fun and exciting way. Come to the library and experience this interactive adventure!

Join us for a very special storytime where we will introduce Spanish Music with Semillitas de Español. Children are amazing learners, and the best way they assimilate the world around them is through play. This Storytime in Spanish teaches children Spanish in a lively, engaging, and nurturing way so that their enthusiasm for learning is fostered throughout.
Join us at Laura's Library on the third Fridays of the month to watch family-friendly movies.
Camp Fire Nature TIKES is a new program where families with toddlers and pre-school age children (Ages 1-5) experience nature together. Once a month on the fourth Saturday, a Camp Fire USA facilitator will lead fun and educational nature-related activities, introducing them to nature-related stories via children’s books, and laying the foundation for a lifetime of healthy lifestyle activities.
Come to the library and express your creative side. We have a variety of crafts planned for you. The first 30 kids ages 4-8 receive priority but we'll serve as many kids as possible.
